Having an effective safety culture doesn’t just mean that your district has a safety policy; it means having a district where employees deeply value safety and actively participate in making the workplace safer. When protocols and procedures can sometimes be viewed as a hindrance to getting work done quickly, how can a district ensure that safety remains a priority?

In this webinar, you will learn how to...

  • Define what a “safety culture” is
  • Identify traits of a positive and negative safety culture in the workplace
  • Understand how to start building a positive safety culture
  • Find resources to assist you in building your district’s safety culture
