Pre-loss legal assistance is a service provided by the CSD Pool to help members with PEL coverage address incidents that are serious and in-progress – in order to avoid excessive, unnecessary, and costly claims.

In this webinar, we will explain what is pre-loss legal assistance coverage and detail how this coverage differs from other HR resources offered by the CSD Pool for handling the day-to-day frictions or disputes. We will also discuss how members with this coverage can best document a serious incident that is in progress and get themselves in a good posture to demonstrate their best practices.
