Wildfire Mitigation and Prevention

Wildfires in Colorado result in catastrohic amounts of damage and tragic losses of life. However, this doesn't mean that your district is powerless in the face of this type of disaster. With forethought and effort, it is possible to not only lessen the chances of wildfires starting on district property, but to make plans in advance to deal with the aftermath.
In this webinar, you will learn how to...
- Implement best practices for conducting wildfire risk assessments and prioritizing mitigation
- Build partnerships with local fire agencies, emergency management, and landowners
- Put together plans for evacuation, continuity of operations, and post-fire recovery
